During your stay in Bali why not enjoy the services of an in villa chef! Our professionally trained chef's can cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner in your private Bali Villa. We offer a number of set menus from which you can select as well as the option for you to consult directly with our chef and plan a special menu for you and your guests.
Some of our most popular menus are our Indonesian & Western buffet style events. These are a great option for casual dining with family and friends and allow you so enjoy a large variety of foods in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
You may even want to hire our bartender to come and provide alcohol or cocktail service to make your dinner or event extra special. We can arrange this as well as many ore options like decorating, cakes, live music, fire dancers and other entertainment. Relax and enjoy your stay in comfort and style while you taste the delicacies of the Island of The Gods!

Flavors of Indonesia Buffet
Flavours of Indonesia Banquet showcases some of the traditional dishes from all over the Indonesian archipelago. With tastes from Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku & Timor these are the most popular dishes in Indonesia. The cooking style for this meal is kitchen based rater than a grill.

Indonesian Nasi Tumpeng
Nasi Tumpeng is a traditional Indonesian dish served with yellow rice in a cone or tiered pyramid shape surrounded by a selection of Indonesian vegetables, meats and various condiments. This dish is known as the National dish of Indonesia as it brings together the diverse cultures of the Indonesian archipelago.

Indonesian BBQ Grill Buffet
The Indonesian Grill Banquet also showcases some of the traditional dishes from all over the Indonesian archipelago. Here our style of cooking is somewhat different with some dishes prepared in the kitchen others are prepared using the grill infusing smoke and the flavours of Indonesian spices into the food.

Bali is the most well known Island in Indonesia and like every area of Indonesia has a specific style of cooking a number of favourite dishes. Here we specialise on the Balinese cooking style showcasing dishes like Ayam Betutu, Lawar, Sate Lilit, Babi Guling, Sayur Urab, Iga Babi, Soto Babi.

Balinese Babi Guling Buffet
Babi guling is a traditional Balinese dish which is Balinese roast pork cooked over a flame for many hours and continuously basted with a special mixture of traditional herbs and spices. We prepare the Babi Guling at our off site location and bring it to you to be carved up along with numerous side dishes.

Seafood BBQ Grill Buffet
Bali is a great place to enjoy seafood with the surrounding tropical waters full of an abundance of offerings. We purchase everything fresh caught in the morning and will prepare it for you and have on your table for lunch or dinner. Freshness is the most important part of any good seafood meal.

Booking Information & Chef Consultation
- All set price per person menu's are for a minimum of 5 guests
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your requested booking date to organise any of our services.
- 1 to 2 days prior to your event our chef will visit you at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- At the time of booking we will require a deposit of 50% to be paid. Remaining balance is then due in cash on date of consultation.
Prices Inclusions
- Bali Chef Hire cost. Depending on guest numbers we will supply 1 to multiple chef's and or assistant cooks.
- BBQ Transport included for bookings over 10 pax in Kuta, Legian, & Seminyak areas only. Additional fee for other areas.
- Equipment required to prepare and cook the meal.
- Ingredients to cover standard menu options.
Supply of Chef Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
Where additional catering equipment, table dressings, decorations, and other accessories are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our chef and representative shall discuss this with you at the consultation.
Call Out Fee - a 50,000 IDR fee applies to all staff call outs regardless of duration.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chefs and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, use of a stove or oven based on menu requirements, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our chef will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. Currently our service area includes Canggu, Pettitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban.
