The villa is fully serviced by our Balinese staff and with prime location near the heart of the tourist strip providing easy access to luxurious Seminyak, relaxed Legian, and busy Kuta.
The area of Seminyak is renowned for being the a brilliant blend of upscale restaurants, fashion boutiques, beach bars and to large beach clubs. All of these upscale locations are blended together with local warungs and several market stalls making the area many travellers proffered area to stay. |

Pohon Villas feature 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms each with TV, queen size bed and built in robes for storage space. Each bedroom also has it's own private en-suite bathroom complete shower, vanity and toilet and the master bathroom even has a beautiful bathtub for relaxing after a long day shopping and sightseeing. We have not forgotten the extra little things you need also providing hairdryers, irons, and basic bathroom products all to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The central living area also offers views to the pool and gardens and is ideally located separate to the bedrooms so as to not disturb other guests or children. The open plan living room consists of a lounge area capable of seating 6 to 8 persons with TV & DVD player, International TV, USB connectivity, and fibre optic WIFI which reaches throughout the villa.
The nearby dining area fits 6 guests also with a fully equipped Western style kitchen just behind the living and dining allowing you to easily prepare meals or why not enjoy relaxing and have our staff prepare a meal for you. |

The remainder of the outdoors area comprises primarily of the large central swimming pool perfect to cool off from the tropical Bali weather or enjoy relaxing in the sun lounges poolside.
During your stay you will be looked after by our English speaking villa staff who are in daily to clean and prepare the villa. We also have an additional team of staff who can assist with all sorts of items including: Massage & Salon Staff, Babysitters, Laundry Service, Bintang Beer Delivery, Rental Equipment, Transport, and much more. |
