Indonesian Villagers Mistake Sex Toy for Fallen Angel

It’s not every day we hear a story about a fallen angel especially one later confiscated by police and identified as a sex toy.

 For a 21 year old fisherman from the Banggai Islands province of Sulawesi March the 12th proved to be a very special day out fishing.

Just 3 days earlier South East Asia had experienced a solar eclipse which in many cultures is linked to spiritual and religious events so coming across the life sized doll conclusion led to belief the doll was a fallen angel.

Taking the doll home the family of the fisherman took care of the doll dressing it complete with a hijab and seating it in a prime position in the family home.  

After information and photos began to spread via social media local police were informed of the story and decided to investigate fearing unrest in the small community.

Investigation by police soon revealed the true nature of the angel to be a lifelike sex toy.

Local Police Chief Heru Pramukarno later released a statement confirming the events and confusion of the local family believing a bididari (angel) had fallen in the solar eclipse.
